Your role will include:
* Delivering creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Building strong, trusting relationships that support both academic and personal growth
* Using restorative and trauma-informed approaches to manage behaviour positively
* Working as part of a skilled, supportive team to give pupils the consistency they need
What we’re looking for:
* UK QTS/QTLS and experience working with SEMH or alternative provision
* A calm, patient presence and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities
* Strong behaviour management and adaptability
* Genuine commitment to helping young people achieve, no matter their starting point
