Main duties of the job

In this role, you’ll help manage, coordinate, and provide clinical leadership for your local area within the countywide 0-19 Children and Young People (CYP) Public Health Service. By working closely with the leadership team, you’ll focus on improving health outcomes, tackling inequalities, and keeping children and young people in Oxfordshire safe and well. You’ll do this by offering a service that’s grounded in evidence and tailored to the needs of your community. As a trusted role model for fellow practitioners, you’ll demonstrate professionalism and embrace the Trust’s values and vision. Your positive leadership will inspire your team to achieve the very best results in key areas such as:

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

The successful candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of the commissioning priorities, the Service Specification, Trust Strategy, Department of Health priorities, Care Quality Care requirements and other local & national documents.
