As a Graduate Management Trainee, you are empowered to make business decisions that affect your career and the bottom line. You will gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You will learn how to deliver exceptional customer service and understand cost control, read your branch's P&L statement, and understand what it takes to run a profitable business. You will develop the ability to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues, and learn sales techniques, problem solving strategies, and conflict management. You will have the opportunity to market to local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships with key business decision makers. Our program aims to develop you into a successful manager at Enterprise, including mentoring, training, developing, managing and promoting staff under your leadership. Responsibilities
* Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
* Understand cost control and read your branch's P&L to contribute to profitability.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
* Learn proper sales techniques, problem solving, and conflict management.
* Market to local business partners and build long-lasting relationships with key decision makers.
* Mentor, train, develop, manage and promote staff in your own team.
* Progress through the career path toward roles such as Branch Manager and other opportunities across Enterprise (e.g., Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing).
* Engage in our promote-from-within culture to gain broad experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
* You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations are made for applicants who don’t drive due to disability.
* No drug or alcohol-related offense on driving record within the last five years.
