* Be responsible for the day to day management and prioritisation of the locality
* Providing clinical services that are aligned to commissioned and service expectations
* Leading and overseeing the identification and effective management of clinical risk, vulnerability and safeguarding issues including leading professional challenge & resolution/appropriate action
* Supporting daily operational priorities and tasks from a clinical perspective such as effective system flow through clinical/intervention pathways, regular review of Core Offer and Operational Handbook
* Provide line manager/locality lead responsibilities for designated staff which includes undertaking operational supervision, caseload management and other compliance/assurance/operational based duties in relation to delegated direct reports
* Supporting compliance around contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and the most effective and impactful use of resources.
