Wellbeing and Activities Assistant - Bank

As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your role will be to assist the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a variety of activities that promote the physical, cognitive, and social well-being of residents.
Main duties of the job
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining a safe living and working environment and contributing to the positive image of the home.
* Reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to the Wellbeing and Activity Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff.
* Assisting with the ordering and preparation of supplies for activities.
* Building links with the local community (e.g., schools, spiritual groups, museums/libraries) to promote access and intergenerational activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing diverse activities to stimulate residents' physical, cognitive, and social health.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring a safe environment and maintaining a professional image of the home.
* Reporting changes in residents' conditions to relevant staff.
* Supporting with supplies for activities.
* Establishing community links to promote engagement and intergenerational activities.
