We are looking for a Infrastructure Engineer - Consulting to work remotely in the Cambridgeshire area to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Responsibilities include:
Project Delivery (80%)
* Delivering implementation projects to our customers.
* Creating excellent documentation.
* Project handovers to service delivery.
* Implementing new technologies.
Project Scoping, Planning & Training (20%)
* Internal training supporting staff members in their development.
* Scoping and planning successful projects.
* Mentoring junior team members.
Our perfect candidate should have extensive knowledge across various technologies and be able to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality solutions that satisfy clients. Customer service and effective communication are essential, along with a friendly, tech-savvy attitude.
Razorblue Requirements
We value eagerness to learn and develop over existing expertise. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain relevant networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft qualifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP). Skills include:
* Managing Microsoft Azure & Office 365 (Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Management).
* Experience with cloud services like AWS and Azure.
* Maintaining VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments.
* Supporting VOIP systems such as FreePBX, Mitel, Skype/Teams VOIP.
* Security experience including MDM, MFA, firewalls, antivirus solutions.
* Windows Server installation and configuration.
* SAN storage management and troubleshooting.
* Supporting RDS, RemoteApp, Citrix environments.
* Network troubleshooting and firewall support (Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.).
* Endpoint support for desktops, tablets, mobiles.
* Strong communication, organization, and research skills; valid UK driving license.
