Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to Builders merchants, distributors, and suppliers across the UK Introduce the companys products and services, offering to share relevant pricing and product information Gather and update contact information in the CRM database to support follow-up and sales activity Provide lead details and key information to the internal pricing team for conversion Assist with data cleansing by identifying and correcting outdated or incorrect information Collaborate closely with internal account managers to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads What We're Looking For: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and influence over the phone Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily Ability to manage objections and maintain a professional, persuasive approach Previous experience in a telesales, customer service, or sales support role is preferred Motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to team success Strong attention to detail when managing data and contact information This is a fantastic chance to be part of a reliable and customer-focused business within the construction supply chain.
