The Registered Nurse Associate is essential to the Secured Services environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide highest quality patient‑centred care and to support ongoing assessment and implementation of planned and emergency care on a 24/7 basis.
Responsibilities
* Work with the integrated multi‑professional inpatient team, which includes Head of Healthcare, Clinical Matrons, Service Managers, ACPs, GPs, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Support Workers, Pharmacy Technicians, Administrators, Mental Health and Substance Misuse staff, and wider trust colleagues.
* Support the safe prescribing of medication, acting as a first signatory under the supervision of a registered nurse.
* Assist with emergency responses and coded calls.
* Manage own caseload under indirect supervision of a registered nurse.
* Support delivery of the overall service delivery model for the pathway.
