What we're looking for:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable team player who will directly report into the Spa Manager. You must be presentable, professional, and upbeat. You should have a high level of detail orientation to support with maintaining the 5 bubble spa environment and ability to multitask duties. Previous experience within a hotel spa supervisory/management position is ideal.

Example key responsibilities:
* Provide crucial support to the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, including managing appointments, schedules, and treatment rooms, ensuring optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Assist in supervising and motivating spa staff, offering guidance and support to enhance their performance and maintain a positive work environment.
* Work closely with the Spa Manager to curate exceptional guest experiences, ensuring each visit is memorable and aligns with the spa's standards of relaxation and rejuvenation.
* Monitor the quality of services provided by the spa team, conducting regular evaluations, and implementing necessary improvements to meet or exceed guest expectation.
* Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, striving to resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and retention.
* Assist in managing spa inventory, overseeing stock levels, placing orders, and organizing the storage of spa supplies and products.
* Collaborate with the Spa Manager to plan and conduct training sessions for spa staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about treatments, customer service, and health and safety protocols.
* Support sales efforts by promoting spa services and packages to guests, potentially leading to increased bookings and revenue for the spa.
* Handle administrative responsibilities such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, implementing and enforcing protocols to maintain a clean and safe spa environment for both guests and staff.
