A well-respected and established law firm based in Liverpool who are on the lookout for a Residential Solicitor. Candidates who have significant fee earning experience and are recently qualified would be an excellent fit.
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
* Proven experience in Residential Property and handling a wide range of property transactions.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and work independently.
* Used to working in a fast-paced environment
