The People function plays a strategic role in supporting leaders and colleagues through change, policy development, and effective employee relations practice. Your new role As Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role within the People and Organisation Development team, supporting a proactive and high-quality employee relations service. You will manage and support a broad range of complex ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence, and change-related matters. You will provide expert advice, coaching, and guidance to managers, senior leaders, and People colleagues, championing early intervention, informal resolution, and consistent application of policies and procedures. The role also involves contributing to policy development, supporting employment tribunal preparation, delivering manager training, analysing ER data and trends, and working closely with Trade Unions and wider stakeholders to foster positive workplace relationships.
