You will champion health and safety within your branch, take pride in developing your team and ensure profitability via customer satisfaction. It is essential that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing the branch and building excellent working relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers. Having a keen eye for detail, the ability to interpret the story behind the data and implement positive change, is an essential part of your role.
