Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Inventory Clerk to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Woking. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed inventory reports to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes for tenants and landlords, as well as conducting mid-term inspections to maintain property standards. While working alongside a team, most of this role will be independent, so confidence in working alone is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange and book property inspections with tenants, conducting between 8 and 10 inspections or 4 to 6 inventories daily.
* Confirm visits prior to attendance.
* Collect and return keys from local offices.
* Conduct inspections, checking:
o External condition of the property
o Communal areas (if applicable)
o Internal condition
o Compliance with current legislation
o Property safety and risk assessments
* Complete reports and follow approval processes.
* Report maintenance issues to the property manager.
* Submit reports to landlords and tenants, including written summaries and follow-up calls if issues are noted.
* Schedule follow-up actions for the property manager.
