GCS Operations Junior Data Analyst – Salary of Circa £27,000
12 month FTC
This role is to assist the Quality & Controls Manager in leading the analysis of data quality and insights to drive improvements, ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational and strategic decision-making across GCS.
A bit about the job:
* Conduct analysis of performance metrics to identify trends, inconsistencies and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement a reporting suite of business-important metrics across GCS Operations
* Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that support GCS and GCS Ops decisions
* Take personal responsibility for development in line with business strategy and driving opportunities for operational improvements
* Act on feedback from colleagues and share ideas with managers and peers
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Knowledge of Qlik would be desirable but not essential
* The ability to create visualisations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate data insights clearly and concisely.
* The ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and understand the analysis of complex information and its impacts
* Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferable but not essential
