About Belvedere Manor Care Home
Belvedere Manor Care Home is a modern, purpose-built home located in the heart of Colne, offering high-quality care for up to 84 residents. Specialising in Residential and Residential Dementia care, the home provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment tailored to meet each individual's needs.
The home features spacious, well-appointed en-suite bedrooms, alongside welcoming lounge and dining areas designed to promote social interaction, relaxation, and a true sense of community. What you'll be doing
Lead and supervise the care team, managing daily rotas and workload allocation
Promote the highest standard of person-centred clinical nursing care to residents
Manage delivery of residents' personalised care according to their agreed care plans
Provide supervision, coaching and assessment to Care Assistants
Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care
Maintain correctly written records as required by regulatory bodies
Complete new admission files within the week of arrival
Build relationships with external professionals
Assist with regular quality audits of care plans
What you'll need
Medication management and administration experience
Experience working with older people
NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent
NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent (or achieve within first 12 months)
Evidence of ability to assess, plan and evaluate care needs of older people
Sound knowledge of the 6 principles of care in residential settings
Good oral and written communication skills
Self-motivation and confidence
Full time contract available with an hourly rate of £14.75. Shift times are 0745-2000, with alternate weekend working.
