Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel - Leicestershire
Our client is a luxury & busy Country Hotel in the Leicestershire who are recruiting a Junior a Chef de Partie. You will be working with all fresh produce to prepare a la carte restaurant meals as well as weddings and functions. The role is 40 hours per week and staff accommdoation is available.

The Role
* Preparing meals for restaurant and functions using seasonal produce
* Running service in Head Chef's absence
* Manage kitchen brigade including health & safety, hygiene

* Already a Chef looking for a new challenge in a busy 4* hotel level kitchen
* Experience of working with fresh food to a high standard
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
