Major Project Manager - Monday to Friday - 42 hours per week

Elevate your project management skills as a Major Project Manager at Speedy, where you will lead in delivering strategic onsite opportunities and nurturing key client relationships to enhance market presence.
As a Major Project Manager, you will deliver and implement engagement plans for Major Projects within the specified region/sector in UK&I. You will manage key customer relationships on major development schemes to develop long-term, sustainable revenue growth. Your role involves identifying, targeting, and implementing strategic onsite opportunities, supporting key client/stakeholder relationships, and delivering beneficial market presence for Speedy.
What you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
1. Manage a portfolio of Major Projects, maintaining and growing customer relationships. Understand customer needs and support requirements through bespoke Speedy Asset Services offerings.
2. Collaborate with internal Operational, National, and Regional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Ensure the right platforms and processes are in place to enable continuous improvement.
3. Manage and report on performance KPIs, maximising sales and profit opportunities, and addressing any issues promptly.
4. Deliver revenue growth from new Principal Contractor, Sub-contractor, and onsite opportunities.
What you’ll need:
* Experience in developing large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
* Proven track record of achieving revenue-driven objectives.
* Financial and commercial acumen.
* Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to develop strong client relationships at all levels.
* Effective time and diary management.
