Driving performance strategy from insight to delivery.
As Head of Performance, you will design, deliver, and embed the organisation's performance framework, ensuring meaningful indicators are set, measured, and reported to provide clear oversight and assurance.
As a member of the Corporate Services Senior Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Team you will be a trusted advisor, shaping performance objectives and managing the development of the performance function.
Through digital innovation and analytical capability, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement and evidence‑led decision making.
Responsibilities
* Designing and delivering the organisational performance framework.
* Driving digital innovation and transformation in performance and data.
* Providing accurate reporting and analysis to senior leaders to enable evidence‑based decision making.
Requirements
* Be a skilled people manager with the ability to drive and deliver change and new ways of working.
* Have strong analytical and statistical skills with experience generating management information and business intelligence.
* Be a strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving, planning, and organisational skills.

Salary £54,696 - £63,378 per year
