About the Role As Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support for all residents. You will lead by example, oversee care staff, and step into full management responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager. You will support staff development, maintain high standards of care, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
