The Role:
As a Building Safety Technician, you will be responsible for providing support services within our team. Working alongside the Building Safety Coordinator, you will assist in navigating the complex area of Building and Fire Safety, carrying out a wide range of administrative duties, interrogation and analysis of complex data sets and some aspects of project management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Provide support work within a complex area of Building and Fire Safety.
* Carry out document and data collection, including analysis and producing reports.
* Responding to enquiries from a wide range of clients, internal and external.
* Research and provision of Building Safety support advice.
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally have some experience in an administrative role previously or have a relevant level 3 qualification. Strong communication skills, ability to manage a complex workload and enthusiasm to ask questions and learn to self-develop. Knowledge in repairs and maintenance would be beneficial, but not essential.
What will you be doing?
You’ll have responsibility for provisioning and analysing documents for a range of different projects. Reporting to the Building Safety Coordinator you will assist on preparing reports, analysis of complex data sets and assisting with the management of enquiries and requests for information, including the ability to carry out research to provide support advice.
