Shift Patterns & Pay Rates Day Shift: 06:30 18:00 | £12.21 per hour
Night Shift: 18:30 06:00 | £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities Sorting and grading fresh flowers
Preparing and packing flower bouquets
Quality checking products before dispatch
Labelling and palletising finished goods
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements Good attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work well as part of a team
