Requirements: To be considered for the teaching assistant position, you will: Hold a recognised teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience Working knowledge of Safeguarding policy is highly desirable. Have experience working in a primary school setting. Have knowledge of the National Curriculum and maintaining records Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one) 2 x references (including your last employer) Key responsibilities: Support groups of children with their learning under the guidance of a teacher Support individual children children needing additional support Provide supervisory cover in the Teachers absence Provide reprographic support and mount work ready to display.
