Your new role This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a mix of commercial litigation matters as well as some insolvency and debt recovery related work. What you'll need to succeed You should be a commercial litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 2 years' pqe. With a commercial and pragmatic approach, you should be able to build long-standing relationships with clients.
