We're now looking for professional, driven Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client
* Manage the full mortgage and protection journey from fact-find to completion
* Maintain excellent compliance and client service standards
* Keep up to date with lender criteria, product updates, and FCA guidance
* Build long-term client relationships through trust and quality advice
* Manage your own pipeline, workload, and diary

Must-Haves
* CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 (or equivalent) – clearly listed on your CV
* Minimum 2 years' experience advising on mortgages and protection
* CAS status (required for 85% split)
* Able to pass FCA Fit & Proper checks
* Comfortable managing your own client relationships and workload
* Motivated, professional, and proactive
Important: Applicants without a listed CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification on their CV will be automatically rejected due to FCA requirements.

* Schedule: Flexitime | Monday–Friday | No weekends
