A long‑established specialist print company near York is seeking a Production & Purchasing Coordinator to join its friendly, hands‑on team. This is a varied role in a small business where everyone supports each other and where the right person will enjoy keeping things moving in a busy, collaborative environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will coordinate orders from approval through to production and dispatch, working closely with suppliers and internal teams. Daily tasks include checking artwork and proofs, selecting suppliers, tracking deliveries, updating the CRM, and helping resolve production challenges. The role also involves occasional support in dispatch as part of the team’s shared approach.

Experience in print, production, manufacturing, or supply chain is helpful but not essential, as full training is provided.
