The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will support the Store Manager and team to success, develop and implement visually appealing displays showcasing our latest collections. You will be fully accountable for store performance, working alongside your Store Manager and Visual Coach to identify opportunities impacting KPIs, customer service, team development, and sales to ensure we are playing to win!

* Previous management experience
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Passion for the New Look brand
* Track record of delivering and exceeding KPIs and objectives
* Commercial acumen
* Understanding of compliance and P&L reporting
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
