About the Role
Are you an experienced Plumber looking for your next adventure? Join our dynamic team at Skegness!
As a vital member of the Facilities team, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership in all operational plumbing aspects. This position is essential for the smooth running of our entire resort, and you will collaborate with both internal and external service providers.
Your work will involve a mix of planned and unplanned tasks across the estate, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You will coordinate activities to perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on both domestic and commercial equipment, utilizing your expertise in fault finding and installation.
Working Hours:
This role is 37.5 hours per week, with your normal working days being Wednesday to Sunday from approximately 08:00 to 16:00. Enjoy your Mondays and Tuesdays as rest days! Occasionally, you may be asked to work an evening shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
About You
We’re looking for someone who can showcase their experience in a maintenance environment, particularly within plumbing. A current recognized City & Guilds or equivalent trade qualification at level 2 or above is essential.
Key Requirements:
* A valid UK driving license.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and health & safety procedures.
* Excellent communication skills and meticulous record-keeping.
* A professional, positive attitude, both individually and as part of a team.
