We are looking to appoint a Site Superintendent who is able to start as soon as possible. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
1. Security – Locking and unlocking of buildings and site, security checks, fire alarm systems and others as included on the job description
2. Maintenance – minor repairs, redecoration, drain and minor plumbing works, heating, lighting, site inspections, waste organisation, overseeing deliveries, cleaning internal and external areas
3. Health and safety – follow risk assessments, promote safety of the environment
4. Portering duties
5. Liasing with contractors and suppliers.

The usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am until 11.00am daily (year round). Additional hours during the school holidays may be available. Flexibility will also be required with regard to locking up after ad hoc events in the evening, for example Polling Day (overtime will be paid).
