About the role
This is a Part Time Role
You will be expected to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded at all times while working in various areas of the store, so no two days will be the same. Whether it’s filling shelves, serving on the tills, managing stock levels, or picking deliveries, the opportunities are endless. Everything you do matters in providing our customers with everything they came for, served quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Responsibilities
* Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using a handheld terminal, and notifying the manager of discrepancies.
* Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
* Providing high-standard customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
* Polite communication with delivery staff and appropriate response to queries and complaints, referring complex issues to a supervisor.
