As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experiencedProject Lead Architectto join our dynamic team.
The Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and skilledProject Lead Architectwith a minimum of5 years' experienceto lead the design and delivery of exciting projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multi-disciplinary teams, liaising with clients, and working withinDesign & Build (D&B)environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead architectural design on multiple projects, ensuring high standards are met throughout
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
* Develop and produce detailed drawings and documentation usingRevit
* Oversee construction phases and resolve on-site challenges as needed
* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
Requirements:
* Minimum5 years' post-qualification experiencein architecture
* Proven experience leading projects in aDesign & Buildenvironment
* Strong proficiency inRevit(BIM workflows)
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from concept to completion
* ARB/RIBA registered (or equivalent)
