Mode Search are partnering with a globally recognised luxury fashion house in their search for a Stock Controller to support their first concession opening in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly anticipated launch from a brand known for its modern, refined approach to luxury. As Stock Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of stock operations, supporting both the commercial performance and overall presentation of the concession.
The role is based full-time in London.
The Role:
* Manage all stockroom operations, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and efficiency
* Oversee deliveries, transfers, and stock movements in line with company procedures
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
* Support the sales team with product availability and replenishment
* Ensure the stockroom reflects the same high standards as the shop floor
* Monitor and report on stock discrepancies and shrinkage
* Support the successful launch and ongoing operations of the concession
* Work closely with store management and wider teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a stock control or operations role within a luxury department store
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Understanding of stock management systems and processes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
* Strong team player with a proactive approach
* Professional, reliable, and process-driven mindset
