Job Description Working alongside project delivery teams as part of our wider Performance & Reporting Leadership team or independently with reach back support to experienced project reporting professionals where responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Driving implementation & continuous improvement in performance reporting processes to create efficiency and benefits for our clients. Leading the development of project reporting management plans based on project requirements, maturity and best practice. Promoting the benefits and requirements of performance reporting within the project and programme team. Provide grounded advice to clients on appropriate reporting hierarchies, governance and cadence. Working alongside IT (E.g. Business Analysts / Data Engineers) to translate reporting requirements into automated workflows. Leading teams of project controls / reporting professionals to deliver effective, consistent and assured performance information. Training and coaching project professionals on project reporting management processes and practices. Undertaking line management responsibilities including career development and performance management.
