Why you
* Proactive and communicative
* A skilled structural designer and developing project engineer or senior engineer capable of taking ownership of project delivery, collaborating with internal and external team members and clients, with at least 4 years of UK market experience.
* Experience across different forms, materials, and sectors.
* Comfortable attending design team and client meetings in person and remotely, with support as needed.
* Motivated to grow personally and contribute to the company's success.
* Likely to be a Chartered or Incorporated Member of IStructE and/or ICE, or working towards this qualification.
