Awesome people are crucial to making our clubs run smoothly. Working alongside the Leisure Club Manager, you keep the clubs running like a well‑oiled machine and ensure members are happy through efficient processes and a dedication to customer excellence.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high levels of customer service and seamless operations.
* Supervise and motivate teams to deliver excellent member experience.
* Manage poolside, gym floor, and other club areas.
* Co‑coach members on fitness goals and support team members’ career development.
* Multitask to meet all key operational priorities.
* Ensure the club is a great workplace through leadership and passion for fitness.
Qualifications & Experience
* Own it.
* Passion for leisure and fitness.
* Good knowledge and experience of leisure operations.
* Attention to detail and drive to ensure highest levels of member experience.
* Motivational and passionate about developing others.
* DBS check required.
