The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Production to lead the way we deliver — balancing creativity, efficiency, and commercial excellence. Reporting to the CCO and Managing Director, you’ll oversee the full production ecosystem at Beep: project management, operations, and client delivery.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance. You’ll ensure projects run seamlessly from concept to completion, teams are resourced and supported, and clients experience Beep at its absolute best.
You’ll lead a team of project managers and account specialists, creating clarity, calm, and confidence across every project while helping the studio grow sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery and operational functions across the studio, ensuring every project runs efficiently and delivers to the highest creative and technical standards.
* Oversee project scoping, budgeting, resourcing, and timelines in collaboration with the CCO, MD, and Account Director.
* Partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.
* Own the production pipeline — from briefing and planning to QA and launch.
* Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of project managers and producers.
* Drive operational excellence by refining workflows, tools, and documentation.
* Support client relationships, ensuring strong communication, clarity, and accountability.
* Monitor project performance, margins, and profitability, identifying ways to improve efficiency and scalability.
* Foster collaboration between creative, technical, and client teams to deliver unified, end‑to‑end solutions.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement — adapting, learning, and evolving with every project.
Skills & Experience
* 7+ years of experience in production, project management, or operations within a creative or digital agency.
* Proven leadership in running multi‑disciplinary teams across design, development, and strategy.
* Strong commercial understanding of budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
* Skilled in managing complex digital projects from scope to delivery.
* Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving skills, with an eye for detail and a calm approach under pressure.
* Confident using Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and other project/time management tools.
* Deep understanding of modern digital production workflows and best practices.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to motivate teams and build trust with clients.
