Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisor for a long-term opportunity in Central London.
Role Overview
As a PTS Civils Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of civil engineering works within a railway environment. You will act as the key site lead, ensuring all activities are fully compliant with railway standards, project specifications, and health & safety regulations.
You will play a critical role in coordinating site operations, managing teams, and maintaining communication between engineers, subcontractors, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate civils works on site
Ensure compliance with all railway safety and PTS regulations
Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
Monitor progress against programme and report updates
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality at all times
Conduct site briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks
Liaise with project management and stakeholders as required
