As a Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, including ensuring that the needs of the service users are met, managing the staff team, monitoring the quality of care, and ensuring compliance with external standards.
You will work to ensure that specialist and quality care for service users is maintained through planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation. You will also ensure policies, procedures, systems, and practices are fully implemented and consistently applied.
We seek a motivated team member with or working towards NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care level 3/5. Experience with individuals with communication difficulties and knowledge of CQC Regulations, the Mental Capacity Act, and the Deprivation of Liberty Standards are desirable.
