Key Responsibilities
* Ensure maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to high standards.
* Serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
* Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers.
* Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits.
* Collaborate with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment which includes Telehandlers.
* A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
* A valid driving licence.
