An exciting new opportunity has arisen for anexperienced Learning and Development Administrator to join ourteam. In this newly created role reporting to the Group L&DManager you will be responsible for supporting the administrationplanning coordination and assisting the Learning and Developmentactivities within the organisation. You will work closely with theL&D Manager to identify learning needs ensuring thesuccessful delivery of L&D sessions across variousdisciplines across the business including EarlyCareers.
This will also include assisting inthepreparation of regular reporting of L&D progress to theGroup L&D Manager for internal and externalstakeholders.
Duties andResponsibilities:
* Coordinateschedules and communicate details toparticipants.
* Arrange venues equipment andnecessary materials.
* Assist in the setup andpreparation of sessions.
* Manage participantregistrations for programs.
* Maintain accuraterecords of attendance andparticipation.
* Provide support for trackingL&D completion.
* Organise and distributeL&D materials manuals andresources.
* Ensure that all materials areuptodate and readily available.
* Communicatewith trainers participants and internal stakeholders regardingL&D details.
* Respond toinquiries and provide information aboutprograms.
* Send reminders and notificationsrelated to events.
* Maintain databases andrecords.
* Generate reports on metrics attendanceand other relevant data.
* Assist in thecollection of feedback fromparticipants.
* Support the administration ofevaluation surveys and assessments.
* Support inthe coordination and administration of activities such asapprenticeships graduates trainees work experience site visitscareers fairs recruitment andevents.
Qualifications/ Experience:
* Provenexperience in an administrative role preferably in a L&D orHR setting.
* Proficient in MicrosoftOffice applications.
* Excellent organisationaland multitasking abilities.
* Strong attention todetail and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Learningmanagement systems or software desirable but notessential.
* Customer serviceorientation.
* Problemsolvingskills.
* Work independently andcollaboratively.
* Able to communicateconfidently and clearly to alllevels.
* Confident telephonemanner.
* Full UK Driving Licenseessential as Travel is required.
