The Role of the Territory Manager:

21. Selling a comprehensive portfolio single use & reuseable surgical instrumentation solutions

22. Selling into theatre, dealing with surgeons, theatre staff and procurement.

23. Identifying, opening and closing business opportunities through upselling/cross selling the portfolio.

24. Provide procedural and product expertise to targeted customers and key opinion leaders (KOL) through field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and/or case observations.

25. Manage all aspects of surgical business in the field.

26. Education of surgeons, and theatre personnel on procedures and product applications.

27. Develop and support strong clinical relationships.

28. Field based role, working from home.

29. Covering Scotland in the main but will come down into Newcastle. Ideally based on the M8 Corridor (Glasgow & Edinburgh)

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager:

30. Must have some medical devices/general surgery theatre sales experience.

31. Understanding of the theatre environment and protocols from a sales point of view.

32. Looking for someone that has high energy, self-motivated and well presented.

33. You must be highly organised and able to prioritise and strategically develop business opportunities.

34. Growth mind-set.

35. The ability to self-motivate and have that hunger in the belly.
