About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who may have: Learning difficulties Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) Additional or complex needs You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping students to engage with learning, regulate emotions, and develop confidence, independence, and life skills. The role may also involve supporting pupils with personal care, behaviour regulation, and sensory needs, depending on individual requirements.
