**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support lead practitioners in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that stimulate children's development.
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where children feel safe and cherished.
* Assist with daily routines, including meal times, diaper changes, and nap times.
* Engage in meaningful interactions with children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
