Sales Representative – Field Sales Location: Cumbria & Southwest Scotland Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday Salary: £30,000 basic uncapped commission (realistic earnings around £60,000) NXT Recruitment is supporting a growing office technology business looking to expand its presence in Cumbria and Southwest Scotland. The Role As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing end-user sales across your territory. You will build relationships with decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service from start to finish. Key Responsibilities * Identify new business opportunities within the MPS sector * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers * Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close * Represent the business professionally in all customer interactions * Work autonomously to grow your sales territory and achieve targets * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience * Maintain accurate records of activity, leads and sales About You * Driven, self-motivated, and results-focused * Experience in MPS sales is highly desirable * Confident in building relationships and developing new business * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organised, resilient and able to work independently * Full UK driving license Why This Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a newly created sales role with uncapped earnings and real career progression.
