Key Responsibilities
* Set and operate plastic injection moulding machinery (including vertical insert and conventional moulders from 10t90t)
* Ensure tools are set safely and machines are profiled to meet tight product specifications
* Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards, working closely with quality control teams
* Monitor production lines to maintain efficiency, minimise waste, and achieve cycle times
* Perform general maintenance on tooling
* Provide on-the-job training to Operators when required
* Support development trials and tooling validations
* Follow all health and safety procedures and complete daily machinery safety checks

* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication skills
