We are proud to be partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who offer a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector. They are looking to appoint a Validation Surveyor on a 4 month temporary contract.
This will be a full-time position in the Crewe & Cheshire area due to start in July with the rates being £23 per house & £17 per flat.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HHSRS & conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units and have a full UK driving license.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Performing validation surveys on social housing units and confirming information that has already been collected from a previous surveyor
* Utilising a thorough understanding of HHSRS knowledge to complete the surveys and reporting any health and safety hazards found on the premises
* Undertaking surveys on an electronic handheld device in a timely manner following
* Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out
* Working in accordance with changing legislation, as well as health & safety policies and procedures
Experience required:
* Experience conducting stock condition surveys
* Social housing environment experience
* HHSRS
