At Consortium, we are a group of career recruiters building a long term business. Every consultant in the firm brings over a decade of industry experience, and that experience has shaped how we operate, how we treat clients and how we reward performance.
We have grown consistently year on year by specialising properly, backing our consultants and focusing on quality rather than volume. Now, as part of our next phase of growth, we are looking to speak with experienced recruiters who want genuine autonomy, strong earnings and a clear path forward.
The opportunity

We are particularly interested in consultants with experience in Finance, IT and Commercial Sales and Marketing. That said, we are open to speaking with proven billers from other specialisms who can demonstrate a strong network and a track record of building sustainable desks.
