Job Purpose:
Quality control coordinator provides guidance, support and technical expertise to ensure that manufactured products meet applicable regulatory standards and guidelines with respect to Quality control operations.
Working within a fast-paced environment the job holder will work with the Quality Manager providing support to the Quality Assurance department on day to day tasks. Working with the Quality Manager, the job holder will administrate the Quality system in Q-Pulse and support as appropriate customer quality queries, as well as manage the internal communications to the Management team.
How you will impact us:
1. Creating and updating various reports – daily/weekly/monthly
2. Provide data to Business Manager and Sales
3. Respond to customer day to day queries
4. Raising and reporting Internal and External Deviations in Q-Pulse
5. Supporting Customer audits as requested
6. Updating and administrating Procedures in Q-Pulse
7. Working with the Management Team and Customer Services
8. Progress chasing – CAPA’s, OFI’s
9. Investigation of customer queries
10. Decisions on quality in absence of Quality Manager or Assistant Quality Manager
11. Ensure audit actions are completed and uploaded to Q-Pulse
12. Actively attend Continuous Improvement meetings – produce presentation and minutes(Including 8D and ERR)
13. Manage the Internal CAPA system, communicate overdues to management team
14. Manage the Internal Calibration system
15. Provide support for Deviation analysis (QC testing/Laboratory as appropriate).
16. Participate and Lead in continuous improvement projects.
17. Lead and assist with conducting Internal and External Quality Management System Audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions.
18. Creating SOPs for all areas
19. Creating GMP training materials, do trainings, workshops
20. Analysing statistical data as and when required.
