Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Role: Full-Time
Are you passionate about helping students reach their full potential? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to support students with Autism and Behavioural Difficulties in a nurturing and rewarding specialist school environment.
About the Role
As an LSA, you will:
Provide 1:1 or small‑group support to students with additional needs.
Help students build confidence, communication, social skills, and independence.
Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.
Support students in managing challenging behaviours using positive reinforcement and de‑escalation strategies.

Caring, patient, and committed to supporting children with diverse needs.
Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experienced in Autism, behavioural needs, or SEN settings (desirable but not essential).
