This neighbourhood project is growing and developing, offering an opportunity to join as a Youth Support Worker. You would lead WOW, our Wednesday night youth group, and develop new initiatives from The Cabin, a community building managed by young people. The team comprises volunteers and employed staff, including a Project Coordinator/Youth Worker and Children and Family Worker. Hours are mainly during term time, with flexibility for Holiday Club and residentials. Salaries are paid monthly at a consistent rate throughout the year.
