Overview
We're on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is all about driving sales and delivering top-notch customer service. If you're passionate about sales, highly organized, and great at communicating with different kinds of people, you might be the perfect fit You'll be working closely with the General Manager and handling your own deals independently.
Since this is a high-turnover site, we need someone who can hit the ground running. That's why at least two years of car sales experience is a must.

What You'll Do:
* Connect with customers to understand what they're looking for and recommend the right vehicles.
* Show off car features and benefits with engaging product demonstrations.
* Take charge of the full sales process—from first contact to closing the deal.
* Keep track of customer interactions in an organized database and follow up on leads.
* Use software tools to manage inventory and monitor sales performance.
* Provide great after-sales support to keep customers happy.
* Work with the team to smash sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
* Maintain a professional approach when speaking with customers over the phone.
What We're Looking For:
* A background in automotive sales is a must.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable using sales software and CRM systems.
* A proactive mindset when it comes to upselling and enhancing the customer experience.
* Ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
* A valid driving licence.
